This custom-blended barbecue sauce is all about the bold flavor - the biggest, boldest flavor around. We didn't name it after Texas for nothing!

Steps:
- Bring all ingredients to boil in saucepan on medium-high heat, stirring frequently; cover.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally. Cool completely.

LEA & PERRINS BURGER
Steps:
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Place first 4 ingredients in medium bowl. Add oil, then Worcestershire sauce; mix well.
- Add to meat in large bowl; mix just until blended. Cover. Refrigerate 30 min.
- Shape meat mixture into 8 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Press indentation into center of each patty.
- Grill 5 to 6 min. on either side or until done (165ºF).
- Fill buns with burgers, lettuce, tomatoes and sliced onions.
