Steps:
- In an oven safe skillet, sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and brown on medium high heat for a couple of minutes. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- Add olive oil to the pan. Layer the sliced potatoes and onions in the pan and sprinkle with half of the steak seasoning. Cook potatoes and onions in a thin layer until brown, turning as little as possible to get a nice sear.
- Add chicken broth to the pan. Spread zucchini in a thin layer on top of the potatoes and onion. Sprinkle zucchini with the remaining steak seasoning.
- Place chicken in an even layer over the zucchini. Pour tomatoes evenly over the chicken. Sprinkle tomatoes with the oregano and basil. Cover and cook until the veggies and chicken are completely done.
- Sprinkle with cheese and place under the broiler until cheese melts or starts to brown. You could also just cover the pan with a lid on the stove to melt the cheese.
- Serve right away.

LAZY BACHELOR'S CHICKEN
I'm a lazy bachelor cook, but I prefer to actually cook my meals rather than go to restaurants or order something in. What I love in a recipe is 'ease of preparation and cooking' This recipe came from a girlfriend and I've always impressed guests when I serve it! It's very easy and tastes great!

Steps:
- First, cut the keilbasa into 1/2 inch thick medalions.
- Heat a medium sized skillet to medium to medium high heat and melt enough butter to just cover the bottom.
- Add the keilbasa and garlic.
- Once the keilbasa starts to brown on one side, add enough beer to just cover the bottom.
- Turn the keilbasa and cook on the other side.
- Now it becomes a matter of personal taste and trial and error.
- I keep adding beer and garlic to taste, the thing you are really looking for is for the beer/butter/garic to caramalize.
- When done, transfer to a plate and sprinkle with the cheese.
- Drink the rest of the beer with your meal.
LAZY BACHELOR'S POT ROAST
A simple, nutritious and somewhat more dietetical, yet EXTREMELY tasty roast. Can be used with chicken, pork, beef, mutton or any other type of meat. Seasoning will possibly vary according to your taste and local availability.

Steps:
- Take the piece of meat you're going to use and if it's a large piece, nick it deeply so that it will cook faster. Put it in a caserole or cooking tray deep enough so that the sauce can cover the meat.
- If there are several pieces or thinner (ribbs, steaks, chicken wings, chicken legs) put them as they are in a cooking caserole (preferably stainless steel) or a cooking tray, deep enough so that the sauce will cover the meat.
- Take the seasoning above, except for the tomatoes, and potatoes, mix them well and sprinkle over the meat. You can also add smoked ham for instance, or even perform small cuts into the meat and insert in them pieces of smoked bacon and cloves of garlic. This procedure should be applied especially in drier meats (beef, mutton, turkey).
- Add water so as to cover the meat entirely, but not over the meat level. You should let the water be slightly less than meat size.
- Put it in the heated oven for about 30-45 minutes. The oven should be at approximately 200-220 degrees Celsius. After that add the minced tomatoes and the potatoes and if necessary a bit more water and cook for another 30 minutes. Check if done. That's it. If you don't add the potatoes, carrots or tomatoes, you can simply put it in the oven and forget about it for about 1-1,5 hours.
