I found this recipe in the coupon section in an ad for twinkies. I might make this instead of pumpkin pie this holiday season.

Ingredients

1 (15 ounce) package Hostess Twinkies (10 twinkies)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (8 ounce) container frozen non-dairy topping, thawed, and divided
2 (3 1/2 ounce) instant vanilla pudding
1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 cup milk
additional pumpkin pie spice

Steps:

Slice twinkies in half lengthwise and place cream-side up, in single layer in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Using a mixer, blend together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 of whipped topping until smooth.
Spread evenly over twinkies.
Combine pudding mix, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and milk.
Whisk until well blended and layer over cream cheese mixture.
Carefully spread remaining whipped topping over pumpkin.
Lightly sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.
Refrigerate several hours or until set.

1 (8 ounce) package reduced fat cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons ORTEGA® Sliced Jalapenos juice
1 (8 ounce) container light sour cream
1 (4 ounce) can ORTEGA® Diced Green Chiles
2 tablespoons finely chopped ORTEGA® Sliced Jalapenos
¼ teaspoon garlic salt
1 medium tomato, chopped
2 medium (4-1/8" long)s green onions, sliced
1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced ripe olives
¼ cup finely chopped red onion
tortilla chips

Steps:

COMBINE pumpkin, cream cheese and jalapeno juice in medium bowl. Spread into 8-inch-square baking dish.
COMBINE sour cream, chiles, jalapenos and garlic salt in small bowl. Spread over pumpkin mixture. Top with tomato, olives, green onions and red onion. Cover; refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with chips.

1 (8 ounce) package low-fat cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons sliced jalapenos brine
1 (8 ounce) container light sour cream
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
2 tablespoons chopped sliced jalapenos
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced ripe olives
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
tortilla chips

Steps:

COMBINE pumpkin, cream cheese and jalapeño juice in medium bowl.
Spread into 8-inch square baking dish.
COMBINE sour cream, chiles, jalapeños and garlic salt in small bowl.
Spread over pumpkin mixture.
Top with tomato, olives, green onions and red onion.
Cover; refrigerate for 2 hours.
Serve with tortilla chips.
