1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup sugar
⅓ cup margarine o rbutter, melted
3 DOLE Bananas, sliced
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
3½ cups cold milk
2 packages (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie FIlling*
1 can (20 ounces) of DOLE crushed pineapple, drained
1 tub (8 ounces) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping *, thawed
*Or use JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Sugar Free Reduced Calorie Instant Pudding and Pie Filling and COOL WHIP Lite Whipped Topping.

Steps:

MIX graham cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine in 13x9-inch pan.
Press evenly onto bottom of pan.
Arrange banana slices on crust.
BEAT cream cheese in alrge bowl with wire whisk until smooth.
Gradually beat in milk.
Add pudding mixes.
Beat until well blended.
Spread evenly over banana slices.
Spoon pineapple evenly over pudding mixture.
Spread whipped topping over pineapple.
REFRIGERATE 3 hours or until ready to serve.

FILLING
3 bananas, sliced
1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese, softened
3 1/2 cups cold milk
2 packages (4 ounce size) instant vanilla pudding/pie filling mix
1 can (20 ounce size) crushed pineapple, drained
1 container (8 ounce size) Cool Whip, thawed (light or lo-fat can be substituted)

Steps:

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine or butter in 13x9x2-inch pan. Press evenly onto bottom of pan. Arrange banana slices on crust. Beat cream cheese in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Gradually beat in milk. Add pudding mixes. Beat until well blended and thickened. Spread evenly over banana slices. Spoon pineapple evenly over pudding mixture. Spread Cool Whip over pineapple. Refrigerate 3 hours or until ready to serve.

Steps:

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and margarine in a 13 x 9" cake pan.
Press evenly onto bottom of pan.
Arrange banana slices on crust.
Beat cream cheese in a large bowl with a wire whisk or electric mixer until smooth.
Gradually beat in milk.
Add pudding mixes.
Beat until well blended.
Spread evenly over banana slices.
Spoon pineapple evenly over pudding mixture.
Spread Whipped topping over pineapple.
Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
