1-1/2 cups penne pasta, uncooked
1 lb. Italian sausage
3 cups halved zucchini slices
1 red pepper, chopped
1 cup CLASSICO Fire Roasted Pizza Sauce
6 oz. VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, crumble sausage into large deep skillet; cook on medium-high heat until evenly browned, stirring occasionally. Drain; return sausage to skillet. Stir in vegetables and pizza sauce; cook 5 to 6 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  • Drain pasta. Add to sausage mixture along with the VELVEETA; mix lightly. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Bake 15 to 20 min. or until heated through.

1 1/2 c penne pasta, uncooked
1 lb italian sausage
3 c halved zucchini slices

8 oz pizza sauce
8 oz velveeta, cut into 1/2-inch cubes (1/2 lb)
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • 2. Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, brown sausage in large deep skillet on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally to break up sausage. Drain; return sausage to skillet. Stir in zucchini, peppers and pizza sauce; cook 5-6 minutes or until peppers are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  • 3. Drain pasta. Add to sausage mixture with velveeta; mix lightly. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with parmesan.
  • 4. Bake 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
  • 5. Healthy Living: Trim 40 calories and 9g of fat per serving by preparing with extra-lean ground beef and 25 milk velveeta.

4 cups rotini pasta, cooked, drained
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 green onions, sliced

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Stir in tomatoes and seasoning.
  • Layer pasta, meat mixture and VELVEETA in 13x9-inch baking dish.
  • Bake 20 min. or until casserole is heated through and VELVEETA is melted. Top with onions.

Steps:
