MACARONI AND CHEESE GOULASH
Sliced Mushrooms provide a simple addition to skillet prepared goulash made with macaroni and cheese - dinner ready in 20 minutes.

Steps:
- In large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.
- Add pasta sauce and water; mix well. Bring to a boil. Stir in macaroni from dinner. Return to a boil. Cover; cook over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until macaroni is tender and liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in cheese powder from dinner; mix well. Stir in mushrooms. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese; cover and cook 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

My Mom used to make this for us all of the time. This is a quick, inexpensive and delicious one pot meal. She always served it with homemade garlic rolls, but I love to serve it with Recipe #256914.

Steps:
- Cook macaroni- reserving the cheese packet for later.
- Brown ground beef with onion, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt and red pepper flakes. Cook until the ground beef is completely cooked through and the onions are soft.
- Drain the macaroni and add tomato sauce, butter and reserved cheese packet. Mix until well combined. Add the ground beef mixture, again, mix until well combined. Serve hot!

MAC AND CHEESE GOULASH CASSEROLE
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brown and drain the hamburger, set aside.
- In a medium size pot, prepare Mac and Cheese Dinner according to package directions. When done, stir in the can of tomatoes, including the juice. Then add the hamburger, corn and olives mix well.
- Place in a 2 1/2-3 quart casserole dish, or a 13" x 9" baking pan coated with cooking spray. Top with either cheese slices or the shredded cheese.
- Bake until heated through and cheese on top is melted, about 15 or 20 minutes.* Before serving, parmesan cheese may be sprinkled on top if desired.

MACARONI AND CHEESE SPAM GOULASH CASSEROLE

- 1. Cook the Kraft Macaroni and Cheese by following the instructions on the back of the box.
- 2. Drain the water off of whole kernel corn. Rinse the corn off with cold water. Diced up the Spam.

- Prepare the Kraft Macaroni and Cheese and sit to the side.
- Dice up bacon. Dice up onion. Cook bacon until nearly done. Add onion and cook the crispness out of the onion. Drain grease and add 1 can of cream of mushroom, stir and let simmer for about 5 min.
- Pour the bacon and onion into the Macaroni and Cheese. Mix and serve.
