- 3.Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.

GREEN SMOOTHIE
This pretty green smoothie is packed with fiber, vitamin C and lutein (which may be good for eyesight). Keep frozen grapes in your freezer so you can whirl this up in a pinch for breakfast or for a healthy refresher any time of day.

Blend on high until very smooth, turning off the blender and pushing down on the ingredients with a spatula or wooden spoon as needed to help the blending process. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water if needed to adjust consistency. Pour into a glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
