KAHLUA HUMMER

Steps:

• 1. Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
• 2. Serve immediately.

HUMMERS

Steps:

• Mix one part vodka with one part Kahlua in a blender.
• Add ice cream as the vodka and Kahlua are blending.
• As mixture thickens, add ice cubes and more ice cream until you reach the desired consistency.
• Serve a thinner mixture to drink out of a brandy snifter.
• Pour or scoop a thicker mixture into a sherbet glass and serve with a dessert spoon.

KAHLUA® HOMEMADE

Steps:

• Combine water and instant coffee in a pot; bring to a boil. Stir light brown sugar and dark brown sugar into coffee, reduce heat, and simmer, stirring every 15 minutes, for 3 hours. Remove from heat and cool completely.
• Pour coffee mixture into a clean, large glass jar. Add grain alcohol, vanilla extract, and vanilla bean; cover with a tight-fitting lid. Let sit in a dark place, shaking occasionally, for 1 month. Divide into bottles, leaving a piece of vanilla bean in each.

Steps:

• Blend all ingredients together and serve in a hurricane glass.

HUMMER

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until the ice is broken down. Serve in a chilled rocks glass, and garnish with a cherry if you like.

• Start mixing on low speed and gradually increase speed until the mixture is blended and smooth.
• Pour mixture into a wine goblet and enjoy.
