If you have an espresso maker in your home or office, you can whip up this spicy seasonal favorite.

2 fluid ounces espresso coffee
2 tablespoons gingerbread flavored syrup
½ cup milk, steamed
⅛ cup whipped cream
1 pinch ground nutmeg
1 pinch ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon vanilla powder

Steps:

  • In a coffee mug, combine espresso coffee with flavored syrup. Pour in steamed milk. Top with whipped cream, and sprinkle with nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla powder.

Warm up this winter with a sweet and creamy gingerbread latte, filled with spices and whipped cream. You can enjoy it with or without a shot of espresso

1½ tsp ground ginger , plus extra to serve
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp ground nutmeg plus extra to serve
2 tbsp soft brown sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
600ml whole milk
2 shots hot espresso (optional)
whipped cream and mini gingerbread men, to serve

Steps:

  • In a bowl, mix together the spices, sugar and vanilla extract. Heat 100ml of the milk in a pan with the spice and sugar mix, whisking until the sugar has dissolved. Whisk in the remaining milk in additions until incorporated, then heat through until steaming.
  • Put a shot of espresso in each glass (if using) and top up with the spiced milk. Top with whipped cream, extra spices and a mini gingerbread man.

It's like a gingerbread man took a swim in your coffee! Simple and delicious!! Whipped cream topping would make it divine! If you have a coffeemaker that you can use a k-cup with, this is for you. Best if you have a refillable k-cup.

1 tablespoon ground coffee
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon molasses
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
milk
sugar
French vanilla flavored coffee creamer (substitute for milk and Vanilla)

Steps:

  • Place all dry ingredients in you reusable k-cup. Make sure there is plenty of water in your coffee maker.
  • Add wet ingredients. For milk, sugar, and creamer (if using) use as much or as little as you'd like to your coffee mug/cup.
  • Start your machine! No mixing required unless you'd like to add something else after it's been poured. Enjoy!
