TOP-OF-THE-LINE MARGARITA

Steps:

• Rub the rims of 2 martini glasses with a lime wedge, then dip the rims in a dish of course salt. Refrigerate the glasses if desired.
• In a shaker, combine the lime juice, tequila, and orange liqueur. Add ice and shake 10 to 15 seconds, then strain into the prepared glasses.

SANTA BARBARA RANCHO SUNSET MARGARITA

Steps:

• Fill a Collins glass with ice cubes or semi-crushed ice. Pour the tequila over the ice and add the lemonade and grapefruit soda. Cover the glass with a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 20 to 30 seconds. Add a splash of pomegranate juice, garnish with a lime slices and enjoy an original Margarita.

FROZEN APPLE PIE MARGARITA

Steps:

• Combine the sugar, salt and 1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice on a small plate. Pour 2 tablespoons apple cider on a second small plate. Dip the rims of two rocks glasses in the cider, then dip in the sugar mixture. Set aside.
• Combine the ice, tequila, cinnamon schnapps, vanilla extract, lemon juice, remaining 1 1/2 cups apple cider and remaining 1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice in a blender. Blend until frothy. Pour into the prepared glasses and garnish each with an apple slice, whipped cream and a cinnamon stick. Serve immediately.

THE PERFECT MARGARITA

Steps:

• Moisten the rim of a glass with a lime wedge. Sprinkle salt onto a plate. Lightly dip the moistened rim into the salt. Place a large ice cube in the glass and freeze the prepared glass until ready to serve.
• Fill a cocktail shaker with fresh ice. Add tequila, triple sec, and lime juice. Cover and shake vigorously until outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into the prepared glass and garnish with a slice of lime.
