2 cups skim milk, cold
1 (3 ounce) package fat-free chocolate instant pudding mix

Steps:

POUR cold milk into medium bowl.
Add pudding mix.
Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. Spoon into 6 (5-oz.) paper or plastic cups.
Insert wooden pop stick or plastic spoon into each for handle.
FREEZE 5 hours or until firm.
To remove pop from cup, place bottom of cup under warm running water for 15 seconds.
Press firmly on bottom of cup to release pop. (Do not twist or pull pop stick.)
Store leftover pops in freezer.

I grew up watching The Cosby Show and seeing Bill Cosby with his Jell-O Pudding Pops on television every Saturday Morning. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find Jell-O Pudding Pops at the grocery store in a long time. I've heard they no longer make them, but rest assured you can still make them at home with this Homemade Jell-O Pudding Pops recipe. These Patriotic Pudding Pops are the perfect summer treat!

Ingredients

1 (3 1/2 ounce) box white chocolate jell-o instant pudding mix
2 cups milk
red and blue food coloring

Steps:

Mix milk and pudding in bowl for 2 minutes.
Divide into 3 equal portions.
Color 1 portion red with about 15 drops of food coloring.
Color 1 portion blue with about 15 drops of food coloring.
Transfer each color to a zippered sandwich bag.
Clip the corner of the blue and pipe it equally into the bottom of 5 (3 ounce) Dixie Cups.
Lift and gently tap each cup on the counter to level up the pudding.
Repeat the process with white and then red colors.
Insert a popsicle stick in the middle of each cup and place in the freezer for 4-5 hours or until firm.

Combine the instant chocolate pudding mix (or any flavor) with the milk and whisk until well combined.Or make a homemade chocolate pudding using the ingredients for that. If making homemade, make sure to chill the pudding first before the next step.
Fold or mix in the softened cool whip or whipped cream with the bowl of pudding. No need to wait for the instant pudding to set first. This will affect the texture and help it freeze better.
Now fill up the popsicle molds using a piping bag or a ladle or spoon. The piping bag works easier, however.
Freeze the pudding pops for 4 to 6 hours or overnight. Run warm water over the mold to loosen it, then enjoy it! Easy as that.

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of milk and 1 cup of room temperature cool whip until smooth. Repeat in a second mixing bowl.
Add the chocolate pudding into one bowl of milk and the vanilla into the other bowl. Whisk until just combined.
Working quickly, pour the pudding into the molds. If you want striped or marbled flavors, alternate chocolate and vanilla in the molds. The pudding will thicken quickly, so work fast. If it thickens before you finish, just spoon in the pudding, gently tapping your molds against the counter so the pudding evens out in the molds and fills the bottom. Be careful not to fill the molds all the way to the top so the mixture has room to expand as it freezes.
