This Delicious Low Carb No-Bake Sugar Free Raspberry Mousse Cake is Made with Only 5 Ingredients! It's a Silky Smooth Jello Mousse Cake that's Loaded with Juicy Raspberries. It makes a Perfect Dessert for Special Occasions or for Spoiling Someone Special.

2 pkg Sugar Free Raspberry Jello
1 Cup Boiling Water
3/4 Cup Cream Cheese (divided)
1 1/2 Cups Whipping Cream
1 1/2 Cups Raspberries

Steps:

  • In a large mixing bowl, whip the whipping cream and 1/4 cup of the cream cheese, until stiff. Then in a saucepan over high heat, bring the water to a boil. Add the jello packets and stir until dissolved. In a blender, mix the jello with 1/2 cup of cold cream cheese. Mix until smooth.
  • Slowly mix the jello mixture into the whipped cream using a mixer. Mix until thoroughly combined. Stir in the raspberries, then pour the jello mousse cake into an 8 " springform pan. Refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight.

2 cups cold milk
1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
1/2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, shaved into curls

Steps:

  • Beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in 1 cup COOL WHIP.
  • Spoon into 6 dessert dishes.
  • Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with remaining COOL WHIP and chocolate curls just before serving.

1 pkg. (6 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
1 tub (16 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed

Steps:

  • Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved.
  • Whisk in COOL WHIP until blended. (Gelatin mixture will be thin.)
  • Pour into 10 glasses or dessert dishes, 1-1/2-qt. bowl or 6-cup mold sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Refrigerate 8 hours or until firm. If using mold, unmold dessert onto serving plate just before serving.

1 (6 ounce) box cherry Jell-O
1 (16 ounce) container Cool Whip, whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • stir boiling water into dry gelatin mix in medium bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.
  • add whipped topping to hot gelatin; stir with wire whisk until whipped topping is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  • (mixture will still be thin).
  • pour mixture into 6 cup mold or glass bowl sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight until firm.
  • unmold onto serving plate just before serving.
  • store leftovers in refrigerator.

3/4 cup Splenda granular, sugar substitute
1 (1/4 ounce) package unsweetened Kool-Aid powdered drink mix, any flavor
2 cups water
2 cups cold water

Steps:

  • Mix the first three ingredients together and put in sauce pan.
  • Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
  • Remove from stove and add 2 cups of cold water.
  • Pour into a bowl and put in fridge.
  • Let set about three hours before serving.
  • Enjoy!
