Combine gelatin, sweetened condensed milk and fresh berries to make our Creamy Fruit Bars. Creamy Fruit Bars are a great grab-and-go dish to keep on hand.

2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
2 env. (1/4 oz. each) KNOX Unflavored Gelatine
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup canned sweetened condensed milk
4 cups mixed fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, chopped strawberries)

Steps:

  • Mix first 2 ingredients in medium bowl. Add boiling water; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in sweetened condensed milk.
  • Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Stir in berries.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Cut into bars. Keep refrigerated.

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 cup cold water
2 cups boiling water
2 packages (3 ounces each) lemon gelatin
1 can (12 ounces) frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
2 cups heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
Quartered fresh strawberries and fresh mint

Steps:

  • In a small saucepan, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold water; let stand 1 minute. Heat and stir over low heat until gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat., In a large bowl, add boiling water to lemon gelatin; stir 2 minutes to completely dissolve. Stir in unflavored gelatin mixture and limeade concentrate. Refrigerate until slightly thickened., In a bowl, beat cream until it begins to thicken. Add confectioners' sugar; beat until soft peaks form. Beat gelatin mixture until frothy; fold in whipped cream. Transfer to an 8-cup ring mold coated with cooking spray. Refrigerate, covered, until set., To serve, unmold onto a large plate. Serve with strawberries and mint.

1 pkg. (14.1 oz.) ready-to-use refrigerated pie crusts (2 crusts)
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1 cup cold milk
1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
1 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 cup fresh blueberries

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450ºF.
  • Spray 24 mini muffin pan cups lightly with cooking spray. Cut each pie crust into 12 wedges. Press 1 wedge up and around inside of each prepared cup to form shell, pressing edges of dough together as necessary to completely cover bottom and side of cup. Bake 10 to 12 min. or until golden brown; cool slightly. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
  • Meanwhile, beat pudding mix and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 min. Stir in COOL WHIP; spoon into resealable plastic bag. Refrigerate until pie crusts are cooled.
  • Cut off one bottom corner of filling bag; use to fill pie crusts. Top with berries just before serving.
