HOT WING HUMMUS
Craving hot wings but don't want the calories? This hummus variation will do the trick. Creamy, low fat, and full of flavor. Can be made as hot or mild as you like. Tastes great with celery sticks, too! It's good right away, and even better the next day!

Steps:
- Combine garbanzo beans and great northern beans in a large colander; rinse and allow to drain.
- Place the beans, wing sauce, ranch dressing mix, lemon juice, tahini, and garlic in the bowl of a food processor; process until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary. Add olive oil and blend until hummus has thinned to desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly spray a glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place shredded cheese, softened cream cheese, garlic cloves, and beer in a food processor. Process until combined and smooth. Add cornstarch and a dash of paprika; process a little more to combine. Spread mixture in prepared baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven until bubbling, about 35 minutes. Serve with Snack Factory® Pretzel Crisps®.
