Jalapeno Cucumber Lemonade Recipes
SPICY LEMONADE WITH JALAPEñO ICE CUBES

Steps:
- For the jalapeñoice cubes: Place a jalapeño slice in each well of 2 ice cube trays. Fill with water and freeze until solid, about 4 hours.
- For the lemonade: In a beverage dispenser or pitcher, add the lemonade, jalapeño slices and lemon slices. Let sit, refrigerated, for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve in glasses filled with jalapeño ice cubes.
REFRESHING CUCUMBER LEMONADE
Cucumber is the perfect complement to the traditional summer lemonade. Display it in the pitcher with cucumber and/or lemon slices.

Steps:
- Make a simple syrup by stirring the water and sugar together in a saucepan over medium heat; heat until just about to boil and the sugar has dissolved. Place in refrigerator 30 minutes, or until cool.
- Place the cucumber slices in a blender or food processor; blend until mashed into a pulp. Pour the cucumber pulp into a fine mesh strainer place over a bowl to catch the liquid; allow to sit until you have about 2/3 cup of liquid from the cucumber, about 15 minutes.
- Stir the simple syrup, cucumber liquid, and lemon juice together in a pitcher. Serve cold.

- Add water, lemon juice, cucumber, jalapeno, and honey in a blender and blend until completely liquefied. Taste and add more jalapeno and or more honey, if desired. Blend again if necessary.
- Pour liquid through a fine mesh strainer to remove any larger particles and transfer mixture to a large pitcher. Place in refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
- To serve, pour over ice and garnish with slices of lemon, cucumber, and or jalapeno. For a fancier presentation, thread chunks of cucumber and jalapeno onto sprigs of fresh rosemary to garnish each glass.
