1 pound ground beef
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 package (12 ounces) English muffins, split and toasted
1 jar (14 ounces) pizza sauce
2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Sliced ripe olives
Chopped and slivered sweet red, yellow and green peppers

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425°. In a large skillet, cook and crumble beef over medium heat until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes; drain. Stir in salt and pepper., Place muffins in 15x10x1-in pans. Spread tops with pizza sauce; top with beef. Sprinkle with cheese., Bake until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Add olives and peppers to make jack-o'-lantern faces.

1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup Old El Paso™ salsa (any variety)
3/4 frozen corn
1/4 cup water
2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
1/3 cup very hot water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 cups shredded Colby-Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese (8 ounces)
Toppings, such as orange and green bell pepper strips, sliced ripe olives and cherry tomato wedges, if desired

Steps:

  • Move oven rack to lowest position. Heat oven to 450°F. Grease 12-inch pizza pan. Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in salsa, corn and 1/4 cup water. Heat to boiling; remove from heat.
  • Mix Bisquick, 1/3 cup hot water and the oil until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Let stand 5 minutes. Press dough in pizza pan, using fingers dipped in Bisquick; pinch edge to form 1/2-inch rim. Spread beef mixture over dough. Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake 11 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Arrange Toppings on pizza to form jack-o'-lanterns.

1 package fudge brownie mix (13x9-inch pan size)
1 can (16 ounces) vanilla frosting
Orange paste food coloring
9 green milk chocolate M&M's
57 dark brown milk chocolate M&M's

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Prepare brownie batter according to package directions for fudgelike brownies. Spread on a greased 12-in. pizza pan to within 1 in. of edges., Bake 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack., Tint frosting orange; frost brownie. For stem, arrange green M&M's in a square pattern at top of pumpkin. For each eye, arrange 10 brown M&M's in a triangle. For nose, arrange six brown M&M's in a triangle. Arrange remaining M&M's for a mouth.

1 box (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Supreme original brownie mix
Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on brownie mix box
1 1/4 cups Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy vanilla frosting (from 16 oz container)
Betty Crocker™ black and orange gel food colors
8 green gumdrops, cut in half
Assorted candies (gumdrops, mini candy-coated chocolate candies), if desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Line 9-inch square pan with foil, letting foil hang 2 inches over sides of pan. Grease bottom and sides of foil with shortening or cooking spray. Make brownie batter as directed on box. Spread in pan.
  • Bake 28 to 31 minutes or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 1 hour 30 minutes. Freeze in pan 30 minutes. Using foil to lift, remove brownies from pan, and peel foil away.
  • In small bowl, add 2 tablespoons of the frosting; tint with black food color to desired color. Place in small resealable food-storage plastic bag; partially seal, and set aside. In another small bowl, add remaining frosting; tint with orange food color to desired color. Frost top of brownies with orange-tinted frosting. For easier cutting, refrigerate 15 minutes to set frosting.
  • Use sharp knife to cut brownies into 4 rows by 4 rows, making 16 brownies, cleaning knife with paper towel after each cut; slightly separate brownies. Press gumdrop half on top edge of each brownie for stem.
  • Cut off tiny corner of black frosting bag. Squeeze bag to pipe different faces or decorate with desired candies to make eyes, nose and mouth (use photo as guide).

3/4 cup butter, melted
1-1/2 cups sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 eggs
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 can (16 ounces) vanilla frosting
Orange paste food coloring
Green and black decorating gel
Candy corn and milk chocolate M&M's, optional

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar and vanilla until well blended. Beat in eggs. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; gradually add to butter mixture and mix well. , Line a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan with waxed paper; grease the paper. Spread batter evenly in pan. Bake at 350° for 18-22 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool on a wire rack. , Run a knife around edge of pan. Invert brownies onto a work surface and remove waxed paper. Cut brownies with a 3-in. pumpkin cookie cutter, leaving at least 1/8 in. between each shape. (Discard scraps or save for another use.) , Tint frosting with orange food coloring; frost brownies. Use green gel to create the pumpkin stems and black gel and candy corn and M&M's to decorate the faces if desired.

1 pkg. (19.5 oz.) brownie mix
5 Tbsp. KOOL-AID Orange Flavor Sugar-Sweetened Drink Mix, divided
1 Tbsp. hot water
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 piece green chewy fruit snack roll (2 inch)
Black decorating icing
2 vanilla creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies
5 candy corn

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Prepare brownie batter as directed on package. Spread onto bottom of 12-inch pizza pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 18 to 20 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely.
  • Dissolve 4 Tbsp. (1/4 cup) drink mix in hot water in large bowl. Add cream cheese and butter; beat with mixer until blended. Gradually add sugar, beating until blended. Spread evenly over brownie.
  • Sprinkle remaining drink mix onto frosted brownie in 5 curved lines to resemble a pumpkin. Place fruit snack roll on center top of pumpkin for "stem." Create "eyes" and "mouth" using decorating icing. Place cookies on eyes for "pupils." Add candy corn in mouth for "teeth."
