Steps:
- Brown onion in hot fat; add meat and seasonings; brown lightly. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add soups; cover and simmer 45 minutes. Cook spaghetti in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain and rinse with hot water. Arrange on hot platter. Pour over sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Pass additional sauce and cheese. Yield: Serves 4

- In a large saucepan cook the ground beef and onion until meat is brown. Add the soups, chili powder, bottled hot pepper sauce, black pepper, and ground red pepper. Bring to boiling, stirring often; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, 45 minutes, stirring often.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package directions. Serve sauce over hot cooked pasta. Sprinkle with cheese; pass additional sauce and cheese. Makes 4 servings.

My mom has made this for over 30 years and the family still loves it! Easy and tasty! We eat it with salad and garlic bread. Not just your ordinary tomato sauce over noodles!

Steps:
- Brown beef and onion in skillet until meat is brown and onions are translucent.
- Drain. ( I usually saute the onions in a separate skillet to keep more of the flavor).
- Add soups and seasonings. Stir well, Cover and simmer about 45 minutes.
- Cook spaghetti according to directions on box.
- Rinse spaghetti.
- Spoon sauce over spaghetti and enjoy!
