HONEY BBQ WINGS
Steps:
- Add Sauce Mixture ingredients to the Instant Pot and stir to combine. Add the wings and stir to coat.
- Secure the lid, making sure the vent is closed.
- Using the display panel select the MANUAL function*. Use the +/- keys and program the Instant Pot for 10 minutes.
- When the time is up, quick-release the remaining pressure.
- Remove the wings to a foil-lined baking sheet and brush with additional BBQ sauce.
- Set pan under the broiler until sauce is bubbly, 3-5 minutes.

- Turn on a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®) and select manual function. Place the trivet in the pot and add the water. Place wings on the trivet. Close and lock the lid and seal the vent. Select high pressure according to manufacturer's instructions; set timer for 12 minutes. Allow 20 to 25 minutes for pressure to build.
- Release pressure carefully using the quick-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid.
- Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler. Line a jelly roll pan with aluminum foil.
- Remove wings from pressure cooker and pat dry with paper towels. Mix barbecue sauce and melted butter together in a bowl. Place wings on the prepared pan and baste with barbecue sauce mixture.
- Cook wings under the hot broiler, turning once, until desired crispness is reached, 5 to 15 minutes.

Steps:
- In the Instant Pot, combine all of the ingredients, except the chicken wings, mixing well; add the chicken wings, tossing to coat.
- Lock the Instant Pot lid into place and set valve to the sealing position. Use the manual setting, choosing High Pressure for 10 minutes. When the timer sounds, perform a quick release to remove all pressure from the oven.
- Preheat the oven broiler. Unlock the Instant Pot lid, carefully removing it; spoon the cooked wings onto a foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Using a silicone brush, baste the wings all over with additional sauce from the Instant Pot.
- Place the chicken wings about 6" beneath the preheated broiler; broil for 2-3 minutes on each side , or just until the wings are nicely caramelized, keeping a close eye on them so they don't burn.
- Meanwhile, using the sauté setting on the IP, being the wing sauce to a boil, simmering it until it's reduced and thickened. When the wings are removed from the broiler, immediately slather them with the sauce and serve.
