Infalible Masa Philly Para Pay Recipes
INFALIBLE MASA PHILLY PARA PAY
Steps:
- Coloca la harina en un tazón grande. Incorpora el queso crema y la mantequilla utilizando el mezclador de masa (pastry blender) o 2 cuchillos hasta que la mezcla parezca ser de migajas gruesas.
- Forma una bola con la masa; aplástala para formar un disco. Envuélvelo bien en envoltorio plástico. Refrigéralo 1 hora.
- Colócalo entre 2 hojas de papel encerado que hayas enharinado un poco; usa un rodillo para estirar el disco hasta formar un círculo de 10 pulgs. Deshazte de la hoja de papel de arriba. Rocía un plato para tartas con aceite en aerosol; ponlo boca abajo sobre la masa. Sostén firmemente el plato y la masa y voltéalos. Deshazte de la segunda hoja de papel. Empuja la masa contra el fondo y los lados del plato para tartas. Pincha el borde para decorarlo, de así desearlo, y, a continuación, dale el uso que quieras darle.
