IMPOSSIBLY EASY PIZZA BAKE
Craving pizza? Just add milk to Original Bisquick™ mix and you'll make quick work of a pizza bake that's in the oven in less than 20 minutes.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix and milk until soft dough forms. Drop half of dough by spoonfuls* evenly in bottom of baking dish (dough will not completely cover bottom of dish).
- Drizzle about 1 cup pizza sauce over dough. Arrange half of the pepperoni slices evenly over sauce. Top with 1 cup of the cheese. Repeat layers with remaining dough, pizza sauce, pepperoni and cheese.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown, biscuits in center are cooked and cheese in center is bubbly.

This came from Betty Crocker's Website. It is rather like a pizza quiche pie. You can add whatever toppings you like along with the peppers. It's quick, easy and tasty!

Steps:
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Spray a 9 inch pie pan with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle onion and parmesan cheese in bottom of pie pan.
- Stir bisquick, milk and eggs til blended.
- Pour into pie pan.
- Bake 20 minutes.
- Spread with pizza sauce and top with remaining ingredients.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is light brown.
- Cool five minutes before serving.

This is one of those back of the box recipes I wrote down so long ago I don't remember when it was. I haven't made it for awhile, but did several time in those college/young adult times.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 425F.
- Grease pie pan and sprinkle 2/3 cup onion and 1/3 cup parmesan in plate.
- Beat eggs, milk and bisquick until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand blender.
- Pour into plate.
- Bake 20 minutes.
- Spread sauce over top.
- Layer remaining ingredients on sauce.
- Bake until cheese is light brown, about 15-20 minutes.
- Cool 5 minutes and serve.

Another of the Bisquick Impossible Pie recipes with my own special spin on it. This ended up tasting so much like "pizza in a casserole". It's definitely one of my favorites. This casserole tastes just like a cheese pizza from your favorite pizza parlor.

- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a 13" x 9" casserole dish with cooking spray.
- 2. Brown the meat, drain. Add the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes, stir to combine, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat. Spread this mixture in the casserole dish.
- 3. In a medium bowl, combine the Bisquick, milk, and eggs, whisk to combine thoroughly. Pour the Bisquick mixture carefully over the meat mixture in the casserole dish.
- 4. Bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle evenly with cheese. Sprinkle dried oregano and/or sliced fresh basil. Bake 10 minutes longer, until cheese is nice and bubbly or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
