IMPOSSIBLY EASY HAM AND SWISS PIE
This impossibly easy ham and Swiss pie is incredibly delicious and easy to make! This savory main-dish pie is best served for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a 9-inch pie dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Spread ham (1 1/2 cups), cheese (1 cup), and green onions (4) in the pie dish.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the rest of the ingredients. The mixture won't be completely smooth, don't worry if there are some lumps. Pour mixture into pie dish.
- Bake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the tip of a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let pie sit for 5 minutes before serving.

This recipe is easy to make. They call it impossible pie because it makes its own crust. Was really doubtful when I fixed it the first time. Have run across many more recipes that are like this and I just love it.

- 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10" pie plate. Sprinkle ham, cheese, and onion in the plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds on high or 1 minute with mixer. Pour into plate over other ingredients. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and serve.

- Grease 10" pie plate.
- Sprinkle ham, cheese and onion in plate.
- Place remaining ingredients in blender and beat on HIGH until smooth (about 15 seconds).
- Pour into plate.
- Bake at 400F (205C) for 35 to 40 minutes, or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
- NOTE: High altitude adjust cooking time to 45 minutes.
