1/2 scoop of protein powder
1 small scoop stevia
1 Tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together until combined
  • Place in refrigerator for approximately one hour or the freezer for 30 minutes

3/4 cup Water or Almond milk
1 Serving Whey Protein powder (Click here to see my favorite on Amazon)
1.5 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
1 Tablespoon Cocoa powder (optional if making chocolate pudding)
1 Tablespoon Sugar free Chocolate Chips (Click here to see my favorite brand on Amazon) (optional)
Flaked sea salt, (optional)

Steps:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender jar or magic bullet, making sure to add the liquid first. Blend 30 seconds.
  • Serve immediately or let chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Top with chocolate chips and flaked sea salt

1 (2 1/8 ounce) package fat-free sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix (the bigger box)
1 (12 1/3 ounce) package lite silken firm tofu
1/2 teaspoon chocolate-flavored liquid stevia or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon stevia powder (I like it sweet!) (optional)
2 cups unsweetened vanilla Almond Breeze

Steps:

  • Place tofu in a food processor and process until smooth, no lumps. Transfer to a mixing bowl.
  • Add almond milk, chocolate flavored stevia, and stevia powder to tofu and blend with a mixer.
  • While the mixer is going, add chocolate pudding and mix well, for about a minute or two.
  • Divide into 4 generous servings and enjoy! Refrigerate leftovers.

4 cups day-old bread, cut in cubes
3/4 cup fat free egg substitute
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup 1% low-fat milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple tidbits in juice
1 tablespoon butter, melted

Steps:

  • Coat a medium-size casserole dish with nonstick spray.
  • Place the bread cubes in the casserole dish and set aside.
  • In a medium-size bowl, mix together the egg substitute, sugar, milk, and vanilla.
  • Add the pineapple and juice and mix thoroughly.
  • Pour over the bread cubes in the casserole dish.
  • Cover and place in refrigerator for at least two hours-- or overnight.
  • When ready to bake, preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Uncover the casserole dish and pour the melted butter evenly over the top.
  • Bake for about 50 minutes or until the top is lightly browned.
  • Serve warm.
  • Refrigerate leftovers.

1 (20 ounce) package brownie mix
1 (1 ounce) package fat-free sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (14 ounce) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 ounce) container fat-free cool whip
1 (12 ounce) container fat-free cool whip
1/2 cup water
1 Hershey chocolate candy bar

Steps:

  • Prepare brownie mix according to package directions (I substitute half unsweetened applesauce for any vegetable oil).
  • Allow brownies to cool and cut into 1-inch squares.
  • In a large bowl, combine pudding mix, water and condensed milk. Mix until smooth. Fold in 8-oz container of Cool Whip.
  • In a glass serving dish, layer 1/2 brownies, 1/2 pudding mix and 1/2 of the 12-oz container of Cool Whip. Repeat layering.
  • Garnish with chocolate bar shavings. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
  • Can also be served in individual dessert or wine glasses.

1 medium ripe avocado, washed, peeled and seed removed. Cut into small pieces
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon agave nectar or 1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (1 g) packet no calorie stevia, sweetleaf all natural stevia artificial sweetener (to taste)
1/2 cup light unsweetened vanilla almond milk or 1/2 cup soymilk, more if needed
1 1/2 scoops chocolate protein powder, use your favorite protein powder that has no more than 100 calories and less than 2 grams of fat per

Steps:

  • Using a blender or magic bullet, place all the ingredients into the container and blend until all is combined and is thick. If you need more milk, add a little at a time. Remember this is not a smoothie, it's pudding. A very rich pudding.
  • Pour into 6 individual dessert dishes, cover and place in fridge for about a half hour. Store in fridge but must be eaten within one day.
  • Enjoy!
  • Makes 6 petite but very rich tasting servings.
