Iced Lemonade Limon Granizado Recipes

BARCARDI LIMON LEMONADE

Steps:

• Fill 10-ounce glass with ice.
• Add the limon.
• Add the lemonade.
• Add the concentrate.
• Garnish with the fruit slices.

CHEF JOHN'S LEMON ICE

Steps:

• Dissolve sugar in water in a pot over medium heat, whisking while water heats up. As soon as sugar dissolves and water is clear, remove pan from heat. While water is still warm, add lemon zest. Allow to cool to room temperature before adding lemon juice.
• Whisk in lemon juice and lemon extract. Pour into a baking pan about 9x13 inches. Place in freezer until ice starts to form around the edges, about 40 to 45 minutes. Use a fork to stir up ice. Do this every 20 to 30 minutes until lemon ice reaches your preferred texture, 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

GRANIZADO DE LIMON

Steps:

• Zest and juice the lemons.
• Add lemon zest to sugar and 250 ml water cook 5 minutes.
• Strain add juice of lemons and rest of water; put in freezer for 1 hour.
• Stir; add to glass with ice.

ICED LEMONADE (LIMON GRANIZADO)

Steps:

• Wash and grate the rind of 1 of the lemons.
• Place the grated lemon grind, water and sugar in a pan and heat slowly for about 10 mins remove from the heat and set a side to cool.
• Squeeze the 6 lemons and sieve the juice into a separate container.
• Sieve the cooled water, sugar and lemon rind and mix with the lemon juice and place in a container for freezing and place in the freezer.
• Remove from the freezer and stir - repeat this process every hour for about 4 hours, until frozen, but not frozen solid.
