Steps:
- 1. In pot on stove steap tea bags herbs and sweetner in water, boil and let sit til slightly cooled about ten min.
- 2. Pour tea into pitcher of ice and cold water, add lemon if you like and serve in tall glasses. Green tea works also.

Steps:
- In a 4-quart saucepan bring all ingredients to a boil and simmer, covered, 15 minutes.
- Remove pan from heat and cool mixture. Steep mixture, covered and chilled, at least 8 hours and up to 24.
- Pour mixture through a fine sieve into a pitcher.
- This tea keeps, covered and chilled, 1 week.
- Serve in ice-filled tall glasses.

- Brew tea in 2 cups boiling water 4 minutes; strain or remove bag. Let cool completely. Combine sugar and 1/2 cup water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Let cool completely, then combine with lime juice and tea in a pitcher. Refrigerate until ready to serve, up to 2 days. Serve over ice, garnished with lime wedges.
