Iced caramel latte takes no more than a minute to make and you don't need any special skills to make it. It's the perfect coffee drink for summer!

½ cup Milk ((125 ml))
½ cup Cold Water ((125 ml), see note 1)
2-3 tablespoons Caramel Syrup (, see note 2)
2 teaspoons Espresso Instant Coffee (, see note 3)
¼ teaspoon Vanilla Extract (, optional)
2-3 Large Ice Cubes

Steps:

  • Pour the milk, water and 2 tablespoons of caramel syrup in a jar. Add instant coffee and vanilla extract. Seal with a lid and shake well until the coffee is dissolved or just stir with a spoon.
  • Pour into a tall glass lined with the leftover caramel sauce and filled with ice cubes.
  • Serve right away!

1 ounce dark roast coffee beans
2 ounces filtered water
2 tablespoons caramel syrup
1 cup milk
Ice

Steps:

  • Grind your coffee beans and pull two shots of espresso. Let the espresso cool.
  • Pour ice into a tall glass. To make sure your drink stays cold, you'll want to fill it to the top. You can also use homemade coffee ice cubes to make a stronger drink!
  • Pour in the cold espresso and milk. Then add the caramel syrup (2 tablespoons, or to taste) and stir well.
  • This step is optional, but if you want a truly decadent iced caramel latte, you may want to add a layer of whipped cream. Drizzle on some more caramel syrup and enjoy your sweet, refreshing coffee drink!

  • Combine milk and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Heat until frothy and close to simmering, about 3 minutes. Reduce heat to low; whisk in caramel sauce and vanilla extract. Mix in coffee.

8 oz heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
0.5 Tbsp granulated sugar
1 Tbsp caramel syrup
0.5 tsp brown sugar
2 oz espresso or coffee from a stovetop brewer (try Starbucks® Espresso Roast)
0.5 cup ice

Steps:

  • Add heavy whipping cream, vanilla and granulated sugar to a medium-sized bowl.
  • Using a hand mixer or whisk, beat until it achieves a thick and creamy consistency. Be careful not to overmix, or you'll end up with whipped cream.
  • Add caramel sauce, brown sugar and brewed espresso to a large glass.
  • Mix together until combined, then add ice.
  • Slowly top off with the vanilla cream.
