SPICY HOT CRACKERS

Steps:

• Use a large ziplock storage bag. I use the 2 gallon size. Add the oil, ranch dressing mix, red pepper flakes and crackers. Tumble constantly for 15 minutes.

HOT PEPPER TOWN HOUSE CRACKERS

Steps:

• Place entire box of crackers into a 1 gallon zip-loc bag. Pour in oil. Shake to coat all crackers with oil.
• Mix all dry ingredients and pour into bag. Shake well.

Steps:

• 1. Use a large (2 gallon size) ziplock storage bag (or container with tight lid).
• 2. Add the oil, dressing mix, red pepper flakes and crackers.
• 3. Tumble constantly for 15 minutes.

TOWN HOUSE MEAT LOAF

Steps:

• 1. In medium bowl combine eggs, 1/4 cup of ketchup and milk. Stir in cracker crumbs, onion, pepper, horseradish, salt and mustard. Add ground beef and sausage. Mix well.2. Lightly pat mixture into 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350°F for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Spread remaining ketchup over top. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes more. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
