Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix together the brown sugar and butter in a large bowl. Add the egg and mix together. Add the flour, vanilla and salt and mix together well. Spread the dough onto a baking sheet to a thickness of 1/4 to 1/2 inch.
- Bake until slightly brown, 15 to 18 minutes. At this point, pull the sheet out of the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the top. Return to the oven for 1 minute. Remove and spread the melted chips over the top. Sprinkle on the desired toppings, and then chill to set. Cut into squares.

Steps:
- 1. Cut all rolls in half. Place roll bottoms in 9x13-inch pan.
- 2. Place equal amounts of ham on each roll bottom. Top with Gruyere.
- 3. On each of the roll tops, spread a generous amount of the cream cheese spread. Return the tops to the bottoms making sandwiches.
- 4. In a separate bowl, mix together the butter, Worcestershire sauce, onion and Parmesan cheese. Pour over your sandwiches and let sit for at least 20 minutes. (You can make these ahead of time and allow to sit in fridge overnight.)
- 5. Place sandwiches, covered in foil, in a preheated 350°F oven. Bake for 20 minutes or until warmed through. Enjoy! 1 roll ~ 8 points Filling ~ 14 points
TOUCHDOWN CHOCOLATE BARS
Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350.
- 2. Combine flour, sugar and cocoa, cut in margarine until crumbly.
- 3. Add egg; mix until well blended.
- 4. Reserve 1 1/2 cups crumb mixture.
- 5. Press remainder evenly on bottom of greased 13x9\" baking pan.
- 6. Bake 10 minutes.
- 7. In saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk and 1 cup chocolate chips.
- 8. Over low heat, cook and stir until chips melt and mixture is smooth.
- 9. Spread evenly over prepared crust.
- 10. Add nuts and remaining 1 cup chocolate chips to reserved crumb mixture; sprinkle evenly over top.
- 11. Bake 25-30 minutes or until center is set.
- 12. Cool.
- 13. Cut into bars.
- 14. Store covered at room temperature.

- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper and lightly grease with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large microwavable bowl, melt the butter and 2 cups chocolate chips in 30 seconds intervals until completely melted, about 2 minutes. Stir in the sugar then whisk in the eggs, one at a time, until well combined. Stir in the vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Gently stir flour mixture into the wet ingredients until well incorporated.
