Ingredients

4 1/2 cups Honey Nut Chex™ cereal
4 1/2 cups Rice Chex™ cereal
1 cup whole cashews
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup dried cherries
1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds

Steps:

In large microwavable bowl, mix cereal and cashews.
In 2-cup microwavable measuring cup, microwave brown sugar, honey, oil and salt uncovered on High about 1 1/2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute, until mixture comes to a boil. Stir butter mixture. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated.
Microwave uncovered on High 4 minutes, stirring every minute. Stir in cherries and sesame seeds. Microwave an additional 3 minutes, stirring every minute. Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool. Store in airtight container.

Ingredients

8 cups Crispix
3 cups miniature pretzels
2 cups pecan halves
2/3 cup butter, cubed
1/2 cup honey

Steps:

In a large bowl, combine the cereal, pretzels and pecans; set aside. In a small saucepan, melt butter; stir in honey until well blended. Pour over cereal mixture and stir to coat. Spread into two greased 15x10x1-in. baking pans. Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes or until mixture is lightly glazed, stirring occasionally. Cool in pan for 3 minutes; remove from pan and spread on waxed paper to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.

1 cup unblanched whole almonds
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger or cardamom
1 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries or dried pineapple

Steps:

In large microwavable bowl, mix cereal, banana chips and almonds.
In 2-cup microwavable measuring cup, microwave butter, brown sugar, honey and ginger uncovered on High about 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute, until mixture is boiling; stir. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Microwave uncovered on High 4 minutes, stirring and scraping bowl every minute. Stir in coconut and cranberries; microwave uncovered on High about 3 minutes or until cereal just begins to brown.
Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool. Store in airtight container.

1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
3/4 cup raisins

Steps:

In large microwavable bowl, mix cereal, peanuts and sunflower nuts; set aside.
In small bowl, mix honey and warm water. Stir in salt, cumin and red pepper until blended. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated.

Steps:

In large microwavable bowl, mix cereals and sunflower nuts.
In 2-cup microwavable measuring cup, microwave butter and honey uncovered on High 1 to 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until mixture comes to a full boil and butter is melted.
