1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2 cups orange juice
5 1/2 cups water (spring water is best)

  • Place all ingredients in a reclosable bottle, shake well to mix honey. Drink throughout the day to energize your body. Or pour into cups and serve to others. Makes 8 servings.
