EASY CROCK POT PEACH COBBLER
Simple and delicious crock pot peach cobbler

Steps:
- Melt butter and place in the bottom of your 6 quart slow cooker
- In a mixing bowl combine the remaining ingredients except the peaches
- Pour batter into the slow cooker
- Spoon peaches and syrup on top of the batter-- do not mix.
- Set slow cooker on high and cook for 1½ - 2 hours OR until top of cobbler is set.
- Note: You may want to put a paper towel under the lid while baking to catch condensation.

- 1. Turn slow cooker on high. Add all ingredients in slow cooker except cooked biscuits.
- 2. Stir often until butter melts. Once butter melts, add cooked biscuit pieces stirring to mix well.
- 3. Turn slow cooker to low and stir occasionally for 2 hours.

- Place two peach halves in each of two ungreased 8-oz. custard cups. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Drizzle with honey and dot with butter. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in shortening until crumbly. Gradually add milk, tossing with a fork until mixture forms a ball. Drop by teaspoonfuls over peaches. Bake at 425° for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with ice cream.

- Drain peaches of all liquid & place in a lrg bowl.
- Add butter, cinnamon, nutmeg & honey.
- Mash to chunky applesauce consistency & chill for 2 hrs b4 serving. (I personally favor a smoother blend of this mix using my immersion blender vs a coarse mash).
- NOTE: Use w/English muffins, biscuits, scones, bagels, French toast, pancakes, waffles or whatever your imagination envisions.

Steps:
- In a bowl, mix together peaches, cinnamon, and brown sugar, until all the peaches are coated.
- Dump peaches into slow cooker.
- Sprinkle yellow cake mix over peaches, covering all the peaches. Use the entire box of cake mix (make sure you are using the dry cake mix - don't follow the instructions on the box to make cake batter).
- Slice the butter into small pieces and lay over the cake mix. The entire dry cake mix should be covered in sliced butter.
- Cook on high for four hours, or until the cake turns golden brown.
- Serve warm with ice cream and enjoy!
