CRISPY BAKED WONTONS

Steps:
- In a large skillet, cook the pork, turkey and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a large bowl. Stir in the water chestnuts, soy sauce, egg substitute and ginger., Position a wonton wrapper with one point toward you. (Keep remaining wrappers covered with a damp paper towel until ready to use.) Place 2 heaping teaspoons of filling in the center of wrapper. Fold bottom corner over filling; fold sides toward center over filling. Roll toward the remaining point. Moisten top corner with water; press to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling., Place on baking sheets coated with cooking spray; lightly coat wontons with additional cooking spray. , Bake at 400° for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Serve warm, with sweet-and-sour sauce if desired. Freeze option: Freeze cooled baked wontons in a freezer container, separating layers with waxed paper. To use, reheat on a baking sheet in a preheated 400° oven until crisp and heated through.

WONTON NAPOLEONS
Steps:
- Pour enough oil into small saucepan to come 1/4 inch up sides of pan. Heat oil over medium-low heat. Using tongs and working with 1 wonton at a time, submerge wontons into hot oil, frying until golden brown, about 15 seconds for first side and 10 seconds for second side. Transfer fried wontons to paper towels to drain (wontons will continue to color slightly as they cool). Sprinkle fried wontons with cinnamon. Cool completely.
- To Assemble:
- Place 4 fried wontons on work surface. Spread 1 tablespoon of whipped topping over each. Arrange 1 sliced strawberry and 2 to 3 raspberries over whipped topping on each wonton. Spoon 1 tablespoon of whipped topping over berries on each wonton. Top with another fried wonton. Repeat layering 2 more times. Spoon dollops of remaining whipped topping atop each cake stack. Garnish napoleons with remaining strawberries and raspberries, and mint sprigs (optional). Serve immediately.

- Preheat oven at 400°F.
- Line 2 baking sheets with aluminum foil.
- Microwave honey for about 25 seconds to liquefy.
- Brush one side of wonton with honey and place on baking sheet, honey side up.
- Bake until brown for about 7 minutes then transfer to a cooling rack.
- Filling: Beat cream cheese, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
- Place 1 wonton on a plate, spread with 1 tablespoon of the filling.
- Place sliced berries on top of filling.
- Place another wonton wrapper on top and spread with another tablespoon of filling.
- Next, add blueberries on top of filling.
- Put a third wonton wrapper on top of berries and garnish with strawberries and blueberries.

- Preheat the oven to 400°. On a work surface, unfold the puff pastry and cut into 6 rectangles. Place on a parchment-paper-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake until golden-brown, about 15 minutes, then lower the heat to 325° and bake for 5 minutes more. Let cool.
- Meanwhile, toss together the mangoes and 2 tablespoons sugar; let stand for 5 minutes.
- Mix the yogurt with the remaining 2 tablespoons sugar and the vanilla. Using a serrated knife, halve the baked pastries horizontally.
- Spread the yogurt-vanilla mixture on the bottom halves, spoon the mango on top and cover with the remaining pastry halves.

Super good desert. I've loved this desert since I worked at a fancy restaurant as a waitress putting these together. I've been trying to get the recipe right for the filling for quite sometime and I've finally got it! Enjoy!!!!

Steps:
- Thaw 1/2 box puff pastry dough at room temp for about 45 minutes.
- Cut into 6 squares for larger deserts or 24 squares for smaller ones.
- Bake according to package directions, let cool completely.
- Seperate each sqare into a top and bottom.
- Mix pudding and 1 3/4 cup cold milk for about two minutes then add almond extract.
- For larger desserts spoon a heaping tablespoon of filling onto bottom pastry, then add about a teaspoon off strawberries.
- Top with top pastry and finish off with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of confectionary sugar. (very chic!).
- For smaller desserts do the same but save out 8 tops. dollop about 2tsp of filling and a few strawberries on the bottom, add another pastry(not the top) then more filling and strawberries. Then add the top and garnish. Serve imediately or refrigerate upto 24 hours.
- It's VERY EASY!

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Lay wonton wrappers on prepared baking sheet. Place 1 teaspoon cream cheese in the center of each wonton wrapper.
