HIGH PROTEIN BERRY FROZEN YOGURT
This raspberry frozen yogurt recipe is rich in protein and mixed berry flavors! This frozen dessert is made with vanilla yogurt, protein powder, and sweet honey for the best refreshing experience. Perfect for those hot summer days when you need something cold and quick!

Steps:
- Place the frozen fruit, Greek yogurt, protein powder, and honey into the bowl of a food processor.
- Process until completely smooth, approximately 5 minutes.
- Serve immediately or place in the freezer until ready to eat. Let it sit at room temperature for 5-7 minutes before scooping if using from the freezer.

HIGH-PROTEIN FROZEN YOGURT
Steps:
- Put the yogurt, protein powder, salt and cinnamon in a small food processor and process until well combined. You might have to stop and scrape the sides once or twice to make sure you get all of the powder in there.
- Add the frozen mango chunks and frozen raspberries (make sure the fruits are frozen solid) and process on pulse until the fruits are completely broken down and incorporated with the yogurt. You will have to stop and push the fruits back down into the blade's path a few times in the process.
- This frozen yogurt is meant to be consumed immediately as it will become rock solid if stored in the freezer.
- However, it can be placed in the freezer for up to 15 minutes to firm up a bit, if a firmer texture is desired.

HIGH PROTEIN FROZEN YOGURT
This is a fantastic treat for any one on a low sugar diet, it'll never as creamy as real ice cream, but it does have a lot of flavor and is welcome change to the usual. Use it to replace a meal if you add the optional protein powder!

Steps:
- Have your ice cream maker ready to go, with bowl handy in the freezer.
- In a blender, food processor, with a hand blender or a electric mixer mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Taste and adjust sweetness and extracts.
- Put a couple handfuls of ice cubes in the mix and place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Remove ice cubes with a slotted spoon and pour mix into ice cream freeze.
- Freeze per manufactures directions.
- Can be eaten immediately or stored in the freezer in a lidded container for 24 hours.
