Herbal Eau-De-Vie image

Choose your favorite herb!! According to legend, a sip a day will insure a very long life. A votre santé! Pour into a small glass and serve after a meal.

Number Of Ingredients 2

1 (750 ml) bottle eau de vie or 1 (750 ml) bottle vodka
5 sprigs rosemary (or thyme, marjoram, basil, etc.)

Steps:

  • Pour out some of the eau-de-vie. Drink it or put it aside!
  • Put your herb of choice into the bottle.
  • Close tightly and put it in a cool dark place.
  • Allow to steep for at least 30 days.
  • Enjoy!
