1/3 cup Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons firm butter or margarine
2 cups Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2/3 cup fat-free (skim) milk
1/4 cup fat-free egg product
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Spray bottom and side of 9-inch round cake pan with cooking spray. In small bowl, stir 1/3 cup Bisquick mix, the brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in butter, using pastry blender (or pulling 2 table knives through ingredients in opposite directions), until crumbly.
  • In medium bowl, stir all coffee cake ingredients until blended. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with topping.
  • Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes. Serve warm or cool.

2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1 Egg
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1 Pinch Salt
3/4 Cup Whole Milk
3 Tablespoons Butter (Softened)
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar (Packed)
5 Tablespoons Butter
3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar (Packed)
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9x9 pan with non stick baking spray.
  • In a large bowl, cream butter and white sugar. Stir in vanilla, egg, baking powder, and salt.
  • Alternate stirring in flour and milk until just combined. Do not over mix.
  • Pour half of batter into prepared pan.
  • In a small bowl, combine the butter, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Pour into the batter in pan, and swirl with a knife. Pour remaining batter on top.
  • In the same small bowl using 2 forks, butter, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  • Sprinkle topping on top of batter, and press in lightly.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a tooth pick inserted in the center comes out clean.

1 stick (8 tablespoons) salted butter, at room temperature
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 large eggs, at room temperature
1 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cardamom
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup brewed coffee
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
6 tablespoons cold butter, grated
6 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
2-3 tablespoons whole milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1-3 teaspoons instant coffee, to your taste

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 350° F. Butter a 9-inch bundt pan.2. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the butter and brown sugar until combined. Add the sour cream and vanilla, beating until smooth. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until combined. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cardamom, and salt. Slowly mix in the coffee until just combined, being careful not to overmix. 3. To make the streusel. In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, 1/4 cup brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Add the butter and use your fingers to mix the butter into the flour until a crumble forms.4. Spoon half the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar evenly over the batter. Then, gently dollop the warmed cream cheese over the batter and spread in an even layer. Spoon the remaining batter over the cream cheese in an even layer. Top evenly with the buttery streusel mix. 5. Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool 30 minutes and then invert the cake onto a plate, flipping it back upright onto a serving plate. 6. To make the glaze, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, vanilla, and coffee powder. Add a pinch of flaky sea salt. Drizzle the glaze evenly over the cake and let set 10 minutes. Serve the cake slightly warm or at room temperature. Keep cake stored, covered in the fridge.

1 cup butter, softened
2-3/4 cups sugar, divided
4 large eggs, room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups sour cream
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, cream butter and 2 cups sugar until light fluffy. Add 1 egg at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add alternately with sour cream, beating just enough after each addition to keep batter smooth. , Spoon a third of batter into a greased 10-in. tube pan. Combine cinnamon, nuts and remaining sugar; sprinkle a third over batter in pan. Repeat layers 2 more times. Bake at 350° for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack to cool completely.
