1/2 cup whole milk vanilla yogurt
3 tablespoons frozen mixed berries
3 tablespoons unsweetened granola cereal

Steps:

  • In microwave-safe bowl, microwave 3 tablespoons of frozen berries for 30 to 45 seconds to thaw. Let cool.
  • Gently fold in 1/2 cup of yogurt.
  • Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons granola.
  • Enjoy!

1/3 cup chopped cantaloupe
1/3 cup , chopped kiwi fruit
2 tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted

Steps:

  • Mix yogurt and almond extract. Alternate layers of fruit and 1/4 cup yogurt mixture in 2 goblets or parfait glasses, beginning and ending with fruit.
