Steps:
- Mix pesto and half the cream cheese spread in medium bowl. Stir in half the sour cream.
- Spoon remaining cream cheese spread into separate medium bowl. Add peppers; mix well. Stir in remaining sour cream. Refrigerate both dips 2 hours.
- Spoon dips alternately into serving bowl; swirl with knife. Serve with crackers.

- Toss peppers with oil, garlic powder and rosemary to coat. Grill peppers, covered, over medium-high heat or broil 4 in. from heat 2-3 minutes on each side or until tender. Cool completely. Cut peppers into 1/4-in. pieces., In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and onion salt until blended. Beat in feta cheese and chopped red peppers until blended. - Arrange the peppers on a double layer of paper towels, and let dry.
- Smash and peel the garlic. Then in a small bowl mash to a paste with the salt.
- Combine the garlic mixture, oil, parsley, lemon juice and capers in a food processor, and process until chopped fine. Add the peppers, and process until they are coarsely chopped. Store, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Serve at room temperature.
