1/4 cup cocoa powder
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
3 tablespoons tahini
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup currants
1/3 cup coconut
1 cup pecans, ground
1/2 cup wheat germ

Steps:

  • Melt butter, add tahini, cocoa powder, cinnamon, ginger and maple syrup.
  • Then add the remaining ingredients.
  • Place the mixture into a 9' round pan and press firmly.
  • Refrigerate and cut.
