This Copycat Olive Garden Salad Dressing brings that smooth and zesty flavor home to toss into your favorite green salad. It's simple and quick to make with nearly universal appeal!

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup lemon juice ((about 1 lemon))
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese ((optional))

Steps:

  • In a small bowl whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley, basil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and parmesan cheese (if using).
  • Pour into a salad dressing container. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 weeks.
  • An Olive Garden Salad is generally served as a bed of Romaine lettuce topped with red onion, tomato, whole pepperoncinis, kalamata olives, croutons, grated Parmesan cheese, and freshly cracked black pepper.

1 packet Italian Dressing Mix
3/4 cup oil (vegetable/canola)
1/4 cup olive oil
1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
OPTIONAL: 1/4 cup shredded or grated Romano & Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top of your salad

Steps:

  • Using a whisk or dressing mixer, mix all ingredients until thoroughly combined. Refrigerate for at least an hour to marinate flavors.
  • Use right away, or can be stored in and airtight container, in the refrigerator for about 3 weeks.

3 teaspoons unrefined sugar of choice (raw or turbinado sugar or coconut sugar, etc.)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup parmesan romano cheese blend
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 teaspoon fresh parsley OR parsley flakes
1 teaspoon garlic salt

Steps:

  • Place all ingredients into the blender in the order listed, secure lid and blend until smooth.
  • For Blendtec: Press the BATTERS/DRESSINGS button OR blend on a Medium to Medium-Low speed for 30 seconds.
  • For Vitamix: Start on VARIABLE Speed 1. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to VARIABLE Speed 10/HIGH and blend until smooth, about 20 seconds.
  • Pour over your favorite salad!
