THE BEST HOT DOG CHILI RECIPE
Jazz up your hot dog game and skip the canned chili. This recipe for hot dog chili is simple, easy to make, and is perfect for your next barbecue.

Steps:
- In a large saucepan, brown the garlic and onion. Cook until fragrant and light brown.
- Add the ground beef and cook until there's no more pink in the meat.
- Once the meat is just cooked, add in the crushed tomatoes, beef broth, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, cumin, garlic salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Let the chili simmer on medium-low and reduce for 15 minutes.
- Serve the chili on top of hot dogs and garnish with shredded cheddar cheese and chopped red onions.

A&W CHILI DOG COPYCAT
I haven't had an A&W chili dog for years, but from what I can remember, this tastes just like it. This is listed as one serving, but the sauce makes enough for about 10 servings unless you use more on your dog like I do. The sauce can be frozen for future use.

Steps:
- Cook the ground chuck in a pan and break into small pieces.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add in the remaining ingredients.
- Simmer for about 30 minutes until thickened.
- Boil some water in a pot, and add in however many frankfurters you want.
- Boil for about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Place the frankfurter in a hot dog bun and spread on 3 tablespoons of the.

- Spread the cheddar cheese on top, and you're done!
