Hamburger Patty Casserole Recipes

HAMBURGER POTATO CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef; drain fat.
• In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, onion, milk, salt and pepper to taste.
• Alternately layer the potatoes, soup mixture and meat in a 11x7 inch (2 quart) baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until potatoes are tender. Top with Cheddar cheese, and continue baking until cheese is melted.

HAMBURGER CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).
• In a large skillet over medium heat, combine the ground beef, onion and celery and saute for 10 minutes, or until the meat is browned and the onion is tender. Drain the fat and set aside.
• In a separate saucepan, cook noodles according to package directions. When cooked, drain the water and stir in the meat mixture, chili, tomatoes, corn, taco sauce, and taco seasoning mix. Mix well and place entire mixture into a 10x15-inch baking dish.
• Bake in the preheated oven until thoroughly heated and bubbling, about 20 minutes.

HAMBURGER & CABBAGE CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Make patties using ground beef and layer onto bottom of casserole dish.
• Layer cabbage, onion, celery over top of patties.
• Slice butter over top, then add salt and pepper to taste.
• Pour water over mixture, cover with foil and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to one hour, or until cabbage is tender.

HAMBURGER PATTY CASSEROLE

Steps:

• 1. From the hamburger meat form into 4- 6 patties. Salt on both sides. Fry the patties till done.In a casserole dish pour the 2 cans of soup and the water- stir. Place the cooked patties in this. In the skillet you fried the meat place the onion slices and fry till tender. Remove and smother the patties with the onions. Place in oven that has been heated to 350 degrees and bake for 20 minutes or until soup bubbles. Remove and serve . The soup soaks into the meat giving it a wonderful flavor. This has been passed down for 3 generations and is fast and easy and great when you are in a hurry or low on funds!!
