BAKED HAM WITH APPLE-MUSTARD GLAZE
Add a sweet apple-Dijon glaze to a favorite mainstay.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 325°F. Spray shallow roasting pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place ham in sprayed pan. With knife, score ham by cutting diamond shapes about 1/4 inch deep through surface. Bake at 325°F. for 45 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in small saucepan, combine apple jelly, Dijon mustard, brown sugar, ginger and dry mustard. Cook over low heat until jelly is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly.
- Remove ham from oven; brush with about half of the glaze. Return to oven; bake an additional 30 to 45 minutes or until ham is thoroughly heated, basting with remaining glaze once or twice. Serve with any remaining glaze.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- Whisk pineapple juice, brown sugar, and dry mustard in a bowl until brown sugar has dissolved.
- Place ham in a baking dish with cut side down and arrange pineapple rings and maraschino cherries onto the ham; secure with toothpicks if needed. Push cloves into ham and baste ham and fruit with pineapple juice glaze.
- Bake in the preheated oven until glaze has baked onto ham, 1 1/2 to 2 hours; baste with glaze every 30 minutes.
- Turn on oven's broiler.
- Broil ham until the glaze forms a crust and the pineapple slices are browned, about 5 minutes.

- Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Score the surface of the ham, making diamond shapes 1/2 in. deep. Cover and bake at 325° for 2 hours., Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, combine the cider, honey, vinegar and mustard; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in the butter, chili powder and apple pie spice. - In a small saucepan, combine jelly, mustard, lemon juice and nutmeg; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat; set aside. Score the surface of the ham, making diamond shapes 1/2 in. deep; insert a clove in each diamond. Place ham on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Score top of ham into diamonds and stud center of each diamond with a clove. Place ham on a rack in a roasting pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours. In a bowl combine the sugar, mustard and vinegar and spread glaze evenly over ham. Bake for another 35 minutes Transfer ham to a platter and let stand 15 minutes before carving.

HAM WITH APPLE MUSTARD GLAZE
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Score top of ham into diamonds and stud center of each diamond with a clove. On a rack in a roasting pan bake ham in middle of oven 1 1/2 hours.
- In a small saucepan heat jelly over moderate heat, stirring, until melted and smooth. Remove saucepan from heat and stir in mustard. Spread glaze evenly on top of baked ham and bake 35 minutes more.
- Transfer ham to a platter and let stand 15 minutes. Serve ham with relishes and brandied fruits.
