2 cups Colby and Monterey jack cheese (shredded and divided)
1 package of frozen toaster hash brown patties (thawed)
8 ounce cream cheese (softened)
12 eggs
1/2 teaspoon course ground black pepper
8 ounces thick sliced deli ham (coarsely chopped)
1 cup green onions with tops (divided)
3 plum tomatoes (sliced in half lengthwise and remove seeds and dice)

Spray a pan lightly with vegetable oil spray. . ingredients 1 package of frozen toaster hash brown patties (thawed) instructions Crumble hash browns over bar pan and press gently into an even layer. . ingredients 1 cup Colby and Monterey jack cheese (shredded) instructions Sprinkle half the cheese over hash browns. Bake at 450 for 13-15 mins. until crust start to brown and cheese is melted. . ingredients 8 ounce cream cheese (softened) 12 eggs 1/2 teaspoon course ground black pepper instructions Whisk softened cream cheese until smooth, gradually add eggs and black pepper. . ingredients 8 ounces thick sliced deli ham (coarsely chopped) 3/4 cup green onions with tops (divided) instructions Saute the ham and ¾ cups of green onion over medium heat until hot. Stir ham mixture into egg mixture. . ingredients 3 plum tomatoes (sliced in half lengthwise and remove seeds and dice) 1 cup Colby and Monterey jack cheese (shredded) 1/4 cup green onions with tops (divided) instructions When hash browns are brown remove from oven and pour egg mixture over crust. Return to oven and cook 6-8 mins. or until center is set. Remove form oven: top with remaining cheese, tomatoes and reserved green onion. Sprinkle with black pepper, if desired. Cut into squares and serve.

1 cup cooked finely chopped ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 onion (finely chopped)
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 cup whole milk
1 egg

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, and mix by hand.
  • Spread in a greased 9x13 inch baking pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until lightly brown.
  • Cut in rectangles, about 2 inches by 1 inch.
  • Serve hot or at room temperature.

Here's what you need: white bread, ham, cheddar cheese, unsalted butter, garlic, large eggs, salt, pepper, fresh chive

8 slices white bread
8 slices ham, cut into 2-in (5-cm) circles
4 slices cheddar cheese, cut into 2 in (5-cm) circles
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 large eggs
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
fresh chive, for sprinkling

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Lay out the bread on a work surface and use a glass or a rolling pin to flatten.
  • Place a circle of ham in the middle of 4 slices of bread. Top with one circle of cheddar and another slice of ham.
  • Place the remaining slices of bread on top and, using the lid of a mason jar or a cookie cutter, press down to create 4 pockets. Make sure the seams are closed, pinching to seal if necessary. Reserve the bread with the circle cut-outs.
  • Place the pockets on a baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and garlic. Brush the pockets with garlic butter.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, or until toasted.
  • Place the reserved bread on a baking sheet and brush with the remaining garlic butter.
  • Crack 1 egg into each circle, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 5 minutes, or until the yolk is cooked to your preference.
  • Serve the egg bread with the ham and cheese pockets and sprinkle with chives.
  • Enjoy!

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Stir together Potatoes, Sauce Mix and boiling water in ungreased 2-quart casserole. Stir in milk, ham and cheese.
  • Bake uncovered 50 minutes; sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 10 to 14 minutes longer or until top is golden brown.
