- Heat oven to 400°.
- Spread each bagel half with 1 teaspoon mustard. Top each with ham and cheese. Place on cookie sheet.
- Bake 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Broil 3-4 minutes longer or until cheese is melted., Meanwhile, spread bagel tops with cream cheese; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Layer bottom halves with tomato and avocado. Replace tops.
