Steps:
- Combine gelatin, and water (or flavored liquid) in a heatproof container. Stir gently to combine. Let sit for 5 minutes to give your gelatin time to bloom.
- Combine together the corn syrup, sugar, and sorbitol in a medium saucepan. Stir gently to combine. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat.
- Once simmering, wash down the sides of the pan with water using a clean pastry brush to make sure any stray grains of sugar is dissolved fully.
- Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in your citric acid and gelatin mixture with a spatula until gelatin is melted.
- Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes and allow the mixture to clear and foam to collect at the top. After 10 minutes the foam should be able to be easily scooped off the surface with a spoon.
- Divide your mixture by straining the liquid into three bowls and add in any coloring or candy flavorings that you want. I used pink, blue and yellow food coloring.
- Spray your molds lightly with some oil and wipe out the excess. Pour your mixture into your molds.
- Let your gummy bears chill in the fridge for 6 hours until the bears are set but 24 hours is best. Once they are set they can be stored at room temperature.

Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Spray a paper towel with nonstick cooking spray , then rub it lightly around the bear cavities in the mold to coat them with a thin layer of oil.
- In a small bowl, combine both gelatins and the cold water.
- Whisk them together, then let them sit at room temperature for 10 minutes to allow the gelatin to soak up the water and soften.
- Place the bowl in the microwave and cook for 30 seconds, then whisk well. Microwave for another 30 seconds and stir. The sugar should be dissolved and the mixture well mixed. If not, microwave for another 10 to 15 seconds until the sugar and gelatin are completely dissolved. Pour it into a measuring cup with a spout.
- Pour the gelatin into the cavities. Alternatively, you can use a food-grade dropper to drop the mixture more precisely into the molds.
- Place the candy mold in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes to set the gelatin.
- To remove the bears, carefully push the sides away from the edges and toward the center, then pull them up and out of the molds. Repeat with other colors and flavors of gelatin, as desired.
- Serve and enjoy.

Steps:
- Combine the fruit juice or lemonade, gelatin and sugar in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring often, until the gelatin and sugar dissolve completely, about 1 minute (make sure there is no undissolved sugar stuck to the bottom of the saucepan). If any foam forms while stirring, skim it off and discard. Transfer the mixture to a small liquid measuring cup.
- Put the gummy bear molds on a flat surface and slowly fill each cup to the top. Give each mold a small shake to ensure the mixture settles to the bottom. Refrigerate until the mixture sets, about 10 minutes. Store at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 5 days.

Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Prepare the candy molds by making sure they are clean and dry. Spray them with a very light coating of nonstick cooking spray. Place the molds on a baking sheet.
- Combine the unflavored gelatin, flavored gelatin, and cold water in a small saucepan. Slowly whisk everything together until well combined and the gelatin has dissolved. Although you might feel tempted to mix vigorously, the less air you incorporate the better, so the gummies set without air bubbles.
- Place the saucepan on the stove over medium heat. Continue to whisk occasionally while the mixture heats up, and the gelatins melt and become liquid, about 4 minutes.
- Once the gummy mixture is fully liquid, remove the pan from the heat and pour the gelatin into a measuring cup or a similar container with a spout.
- Carefully fill each cavity of the mold with gelatin. Transfer the baking sheet with the candy molds to the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes so the gummy candies can fully set.
- Once the candies are set, remove the gummies by carefully pushing the sides of the candy away from the edges of the mold and toward the center, then pull them up and out of the molds.
