THE BEST GARLIC BURGERS EVER
These world famous garlic burgers have just three seasonings and a legion of fans, and are simply one of the very best burgers you'll every bite into.

Steps:
- Prepare grill with Cowboy® Hardwood Lump Charcoal and light.
- Divide the hamburger meat into 4 equal portions. Lightly form the meat into balls. Use the lid of a small saucepan (one that is slightly concave works best) and smash each ball into a patty.
- Season each side of the patties with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder and kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Once grill is hot and coals have ashed over, spread the charcoal in the bottom of the grill and place the burgers on the grill grate. Cook the burgers undisturbed until browning at the edges and flip once. Add one slice of cheddar cheese and one slice of Monterey jack cheese to each burger. Top with the grill lid to melt the cheese.
- Cut the french bread into 5-inch lengths and then slice in half. Press the bread down with your hand to flatten slightly.
- Layer each french bread bun with 2 patties, lettuce, onions, tomato and pickles. Add ketchup and mustard. Slice in half and serve with potato chips and pepperoncinis on the side.
FAST FOOD CHEESE BURGERS
Steps:
- Divide the ground beef. Shape into 4 patties and season with salt and pepper. Place in a skillet that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray over medium-high and cook patties 3 minutes on each side. In the last minute of cooking, top the meat patties with cheese so it will melt.
- In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, sour cream and mayonnaise and spread half onto the hamburger buns and reserve the leftover for a dipping sauce for the French Fries. Place the burgers on buns and top with lettuce and pickles.
EGG AND GARLIC CHEESE BAGUETTE
Steps:
- Preheat the broiler on high. Make 4 sandwiches, but cutting the baguette in half lengthwise, and into 4 crosswise. Spread cheese on both sides of the bread. On 1 side of each sandwich arrange the egg slices. On the other side, spread out the tomato slices. Put on a baking sheet and broil until the edges begin to turn golden, about 1 to 2 minutes. Drizzle each sandwich with a few drops of balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with green onions. Arrange on serving plates and serve.
- Lay the eggs in a single layer in a large saucepan. Cover with cold water by at least 1-inch. Bring to a boil. Cover with a lid, turn off the heat, and allow the eggs to sit for 15 minutes. Rinse with cold water.

- In a small bowl, combine the onion, 1 tablespoon cheese, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Crumble chicken over mixture and mix well. Shape into two patties., Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 165° and juices run clear. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. , Serve on buns with romaine and salad dressing.
