Ingredients

4 slices white bread
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/3 pound thinly sliced deli turkey
4 slices tomato
2 slices provolone cheese (1 ounce each)
1 tablespoon butter, softened

Steps:

Spread two slices of bread with mayonnaise. Layer with turkey, tomato and cheese; top with remaining bread. Spread outsides of sandwiches with butter. On a hot griddle, grill sandwiches until golden brown, 3-4 minutes on each side.

Ingredients

2 (1 1/2 ounce) uncured turkey hot dogs
2 slices whole grain bread
1 tablespoon butter, spread
2 sharp cheddar cheese, deli slices
hot sauce (sriracha)
Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon chopped fresh jalapeno

Steps:

Cook turkey hot dogs on medium heat on a greased skillet moving periodically until brown on all sides and heated through the center. Spread buttery spread on one side of bread.
Place bread, butter side down on a large skillet or griddle. Place a slice of cheese on each slice of bread. Heat until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown, about 1 minute. Remove from heat. Place hot dog in the center of each slice of bread bread. Garnish the hot dog with a drizzle of sriracha and mustard. Wrap bread around the hot dog and use a toothpick to secure the bread into place. Top with chopped jalapeno.

1 tsp. CLAUSSEN Sweet Pickle Relish
1 KRAFT Singles
1 OSCAR MAYER Wiener, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
2 tsp. soft margarine

Steps:

Spread 1 bread slice with mustard. Fill bread slices with relish, Singles and wieners.
Spread outside of sandwich with margarine.
Cook in skillet on medium heat 3 min. on each side or until golden brown on both sides.

Ingredients

1 cup flour
2 cups dry breadcrumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup suet, finely cut
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 cup raisins

Steps:

Combine flour, bread crumbs and sugar.
Add suet. Mix in egg and enough milk to make a workable dough - add raisins.
Roll dough into a thick sausage and wrap in a moist, floured cloth (I use cheesecloth)
Tie ends securely and put into a large pot of boiling water.
Cover.
Steam for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Serve with lemon sauce, or custard sauce or applesauce.
