1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 small salmon steaks (1 lb.), 1 inch thick
3/4 lb. sugar snap peas, trimmed

Steps:

  • Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Mix first 3 ingredients until blended. Reserve half for later use; brush fish with remaining mayo mixture.
  • Grill fish 14 to 16 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning after 8 min.
  • Meanwhile, bring 2 inches water to boil in large saucepan. Place peas in steamer basket; place over boiling water. Cover; cook 5 min. or until peas are crisp-tender.
  • Place fish on plate; drizzle with reserved mayo mixture. Serve with peas.

2 Tbsp. oil, divided
4 skinless salmon fillets (1 lb.)
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1 cup chicken stock
3 Tbsp. capers
2 Tbsp. minced garlic, divided
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 pkg. (5 oz.) baby spinach leaves

Steps:

  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add fish; cook 4 to 5 min. on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork. Remove fish from skillet. Discard any grease from skillet.
  • Whisk flour, mustard and chicken stock until blended.
  • Add capers and 1 Tbsp. garlic to skillet; cook and stir on medium heat 30 sec. Stir in lemon juice; cook 1 min., stirring frequently. Add chicken stock mixture; mix well. Bring to boil, stirring frequently. Continue to cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until thickened. Remove from heat. Stir in parsley.
  • Heat remaining oil in medium skillet on medium-high heat. Add remaining garlic; cook and stir 1 min. Add spinach; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or just until wilted.
  • Serve spinach topped with salmon and caper sauce.

1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
4 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard, divided
1 tsp. seafood seasoning, divided
2 Tbsp. oil, divided
1/3 cup each finely chopped carrots and onions
1 pkg. (8 oz.) lump crabmeat, drained, flaked
1/3 cup HEINZ Real Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs, divided

Steps:

  • Mix yogurt, lemon juice, 1 Tbsp. (3 tsp.) mustard and 1/2 tsp. seafood seasoning until blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in medium skillet on medium heat. Add vegetables; cook 5 to 8 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally. Cool.
  • Heat oven to 400°F. Spoon cooked vegetables into medium bowl. Add crabmeat, mayo, parsley, 1 Tbsp. bread crumbs, remaining mustard and remaining seafood seasoning; mix lightly. Shape into 6 (3/4-inch-thick) patties.
  • Spread remaining bread crumbs onto large plate. Add crab patties, 1 at a time; turn to evenly coat both sides of each patty with crumbs.
  • Heat remaining oil in large ovenproof skillet on medium heat. Carefully transfer crab patties to skillet. Cook 3 to 5 min. or until bottoms of patties are golden brown. Turn patties over; place skillet in oven.
  • Bake 5 to 7 min. or until crab cakes are heated through. Serve topped with yogurt sauce.

2 ounces butter
1 lemon, juice of, strained
2 shallots, finely chopped
3 1/2 ounces dry white wine
7 ounces heavy cream
2 tablespoons Grey Poupon mustard
salt and pepper
6 scallions, including green tops, sliced

Steps:

  • Sauce: Put shallots into sauce pan with wine; Boil gently until wine has evaporated; Mix cream and mustard together and add to the shallots; Season with salt and peppier and bring to a boil; Boil over medium heat, stirring often, until mixture thickens (about 8 minutes); Cool.
  • Preheat oven to 425 O.
  • Arrange fillets crosswise, overlapping each other by about 1/2 inch in shallow oven-proff dish;.
  • Melt butter and spoon over fish;.
  • Spoon lemon juice over fish;.
  • Pour sauce over fish in a wide band down the center;.
