- Toast a marshmallow and then place it on top of the mints.
- Top with remaining cracker and press down on the marshmallow.

Steps:
- Crush and then layer graham crackers at the bottom of a mason jar or cup.
- Add a layer of mini marshmallows and chocolate sauce (proportion and layer to your taste). Top with a few large marshmallows.
- Drizzle 3 oz. of Baileys Original Irish Cream on top for a sweet finish. Brown marshmallows with a creme brulee torch.

- Set up a grill for indirect cooking over medium (see Cook's Notes below). Place 8 graham-cracker halves on cooler side of grill. Top 4 halves with chocolate and 4 with marshmallows. Cover grill and cook until chocolate melts and marshmallows soften, 3 to 5 minutes. Sandwich and serve immediately.
