This classic Creamy Grape Salad features both red and green grapes combined with a sweetened cream cheese and sour cream mixture, then finished with a chopped pecan-brown sugar topping. It's a crazy delicious easy fruit salad, perfect for spring and summer that is loved by everyone!

Ingredients

8 ounces brick cream cheese (,softened to room temperature)
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups small seedless firm red grapes (, washed and dried)
2 cups small seedless firm green grapes (, washed and dried)
1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans ((or walnuts), divided)
1/4 cup light brown sugar

Steps:

In a large mixing bowl with a handheld electric mixer, beat together the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla until well blended, creamy and smooth.
Gently fold in the red grapes, green grapes, and 1/4 cup of the pecans until everything is coated.
Cover and chill for at least 1 hour (or overnight.)
Before serving, combine the remaining 1/4 cup pecans and the brown sugar; sprinkle over the top of the salad. Enjoy cold.

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 pounds seedless red grapes
2 pounds seedless green grapes
3 tablespoons brown sugar
3 tablespoons chopped pecans

Steps:

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla until blended. Add grapes and toss to coat. , Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Sprinkle with brown sugar and pecans just before serving.

Ingredients

4 lb seedless grapes (2# green-2# red)
2 pkg cream cheese
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c sour cream
TOPPING:
8 oz heath bar chips
1/2 c brown sugar
2 hershey milk chocolate bars, shaved to sprinkle on top.

Steps:

1. Cream together: cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and add grapes stir until grapes are coated.
2. Layer 1/2 grape mixture in a 9x13 inch pan. Top with 1/2 topping mixture. Layer remaining grapes and top with remaining topping mixture. Gently shave or thinly slice the chocolate bars and sprinkle on top.
