GRANDMA'S BARBECUED COCKTAIL MEATBALLS
As long as I can remember, my Grandma Audrey made these meatballs on Christmas Eve. A few years back, she shared the recipe with me. These are great for any party, but at my house, Christmas Eve just wouldn't be the same without them! These can be made ahead, and just heated when ready to serve.

This is an old family recipe. This is super easy to make. Meat ball is large and best to break it up with a fork once served. This never goes to waste.

- Start by making your BBQ sauce. In a large pot, heat light extra virgin olive oil over medium-high heat, add onion and saute for 3 minutes, or until soft. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Continue to simmer over medium heat, uncovered so BBQ sauce can reduce to a thick, deep burgundy deliciousness.
- Next, make your meatballs. Heat your oven to 350 degrees, line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly coat with cooking spray.
